The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendant. The verdict relieved the defendant of liability for the death of the plaintiff's decedent, Marvin Sirot, which occurred as a result of an automobile accident. The plaintiff claims that the trial court improperly instructed the jury on the issue of sole proximate cause. We affirm the judgment...
