FLETCHER, Justice.
Stephen Anthony Mobley was convicted of murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime. The jury recommended the death penalty for the murder, finding the aggravating circumstance of armed robbery. OCGA § 17-10-30 (b) (2). The trial court sentenced Mobley to death and Mobley appeals.
