This matter is an appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court denying Kay M. Roberge relief from the automatic stay in order to prosecute an equitable distribution suit against the debtor, Robert Arnold Roberge, Sr., in a Florida state court. Because the Bankruptcy Court's action constituted an abuse of discretion, the decision of that court is reversed, the automatic stay is lifted...
