The issue presented in this appeal is whether the trial court improperly granted the defendant's motion to dismiss after the state refused to disclose the identity of the informant who had introduced an undercover police officer to a drug dealer, alleged to be the defendant. The informant was not present at the time of the criminal act alleged here. The court granted the state permission to appeal from the judgment of dismissal. We reverse the judgment...
