This appeal arises out of the Probate Division of the Trumbull Court of Common Pleas, where the appellant, a defendant and counterclaimant in appellees' declaratory judgment action, seeks to reverse the trial court's grant of declaratory relief in favor of the appellees and the denial of its counterclaim for $250,000 for attorney fees and expenses incurred in the defense of a third-party complaint filed by St. Joseph Riverside Hospital.
