This is a delayed appeal filed with leave of court from the February 28, 1995 judgment entry of the Court of Common Pleas of Allen County granting the motion of the state of Ohio to revoke the probation of appellant, Kevin Hummer, for violation thereof and sentencing appellant to eighteen months each on two counts of forgery and one count of uttering.
