Shuttlesworth, was indicted by the Harrison County Grand Jury on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, with a previous felony drug abuse conviction specification, a violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(1), and on one count of drug abuse, a violation of R.C. 2925.11(A). Appellant pled no contest to the drug abuse charge in Count 2 of the indictment...
