In this appeal from an interpleader action, we consider whether the interpled funds were liquidated so that the claimants could receive prejudgment interest from the date of filing the interpleader action. We also consider whether claimants were entitled to interest on the funds on the basis of an ownership interest in the monies or on equitable grounds.
