The City of Milwaukee appeals from a judgment in favor of General Casualty Company of Illinois on an insurance coverage dispute. The City claims that the trial court erred in determining that the City's uninsured motorist policy afforded primary coverage for damages suffered by an on-duty police officer when the squad car he was driving was struck by an uninsured motorist. General Casualty provided personal automobile insurance to the police officer...
