VERGERONT, J.

Jerry Saenz is an inmate confined to the custody of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. While an inmate at Fox Lake Correctional Institution, Saenz was denied parole by the Wisconsin Parole Commission and sought review by writ of certiorari. The trial court dismissed the writ and Saenz appeals.

Saenz contends that the decision of the commission was contrary to law because it contravened § 304.06(1r)...
