In this American With Disabilities Act (ADA) suit against the Georgia Ports Authority ("GPA"), plaintiff Thomas E. Fussell contends that the GPA violated the ADA by discharging him for failing a firearms proficiency test, a failure caused by his "benign essential tremor" disability.
