This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for a Preliminary Injunction requesting that the Court enjoin Defendant Healthsource of Savannah, Inc. ("Healthsource") from denying Plaintiff pre-certified coverage for a cancer treatment known as High Dose Chemotherapy with Peripheral Stem Cell Rescue ("HDC/PSCR").
