Plaintiffs, the Central Pennsylvania Teamsters Health and Welfare Fund (the Fund), and the Assistant Administrator of the Fund, Joseph Samolewicz, have moved this Court for Summary Judgment against Defendants, Scranton Building Block Company, and an executive of Scranton, Theodore Lewis.
