This cause came before the Court on defendant-counterclaim plaintiff Burger King Corporation's ("BKC") Motions for Summary Judgment With Respect to the Claims of plaintiffs Idrees Agad and Mohammad Iqbal Balagamwala, Jorge, Jaime and Manuel Triana, Carole Hall and Samuel Lee Price. Oral argument was held on BKC's Motions on April 15, 1994.1
