This case is before me on the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment. The case involves the enforceability of a covenant not to compete that the defendant entered into with the plaintiff's predecessor. The parties have fully briefed the issues involved and the Court has heard oral argument. The case is, therefore, ripe for decision.
