The trial court granted plaintiffs' motion for summary disposition pursuant to MCR 2.116(C)(10), ruling that the prevailing wage act, MCL 408.551 et seq.; MSA 17.256(1) et seq., did not apply to a Western Michigan University (WMU) construction project because the project was neither financed nor sponsored by the state. We affirm.
