This is an appeal from a decision of the Bankruptcy Court which essentially seeks to review two issues, which I understand are the only issues presented on appeal: (1) whether the bankruptcy judge erred in denying the motion for summary judgment, and (2) whether the bankruptcy judge erred in denying the motion for reargument.
