OPINION AND ORDER

CRABB, Chief Judge.

This case is before the court on plaintiff's motion to enforce the judgment entered herein on July 20, 1994 by compelling defendant to pay plaintiff all interest due under the Prompt Payment Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3901-07. In support of his motion, plaintiff alleges the following facts, none of which are disputed by defendant.
