Defendant contends that, because of a "gap" in the felony escape statute, § 18-8-208, C.R.S. (1986 Repl.Vol. 8B), and the juvenile custody and confinement statute, § 18-8-210.1, C.R.S. (1994 Cum.Supp.), his escape from a work-release program did not constitute felony escape or any other...
