For the calendar years 1989 and 1990, respondent determined deficiencies in income tax and additions to tax under section 6662(a)1 in the respective amounts of $11,143 and $55,991 for the tax, and $2,229 and $11,198 for the additions to tax. After the settlement of other issues between the parties, it remains for us to decide: (1) Whether petitioners are entitled to net operating loss carryforward...
