This is an action to review a final decision by the Commissioner of Social Security regarding plaintiff's entitlement to disability insurance benefits under the Social Security Act. This matter is presently before the court upon plaintiff's dispositive motion to remand and/or reverse the Commissioner's decision and defendant's motion for an order affirming the Commissioner's decision.
