This is a breach of contract dispute in which Plaintiff Brookside Farms ("Brookside") alleges that Defendant Mama Rizzo's Inc. ("MRI") breached its contract with Brookside to purchase 91,000 pounds of fresh basil leaves. Before the Court now are Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. For the reasons discussed below, the Court finds that Defendant's Motion is DENIED...
