This matter is before the Court on defendant's Motion to Dismiss.

Plaintiff Angelica Corporation ("Angelica") filed suit in state court on July 31, 1995. On August 31, 1995 defendant Gallery Manufacturing Corporation ("Gallery") removed the case to federal court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a). Defendant Gallery has filed a motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2). Fed....
