Plaintiff Garland Denty alleges that defendant SmithKline Beecham Corporation (SBC) denied him promotions due to his age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act (PHRA), 43 Pa.S.A. §§ 951-963. Plaintiff also alleges that the defendant violated the ADEA and the PHRA by "creating intolerable working conditions...
