("Atochem"), the owner of United States Patents 4,590,096 ("the '096 patent") and 4,696,837 ("the '837 patent"), directed towards methods for producing energy efficient glass, alleges Libbey-Owens-Ford Co., Inc. ("LOF") is willfully infringing certain claims of its patents. LOF denies liability and has counterclaimed for a declaratory judgment that the claims of the patents are invalid...
