MIHM, Chief Judge.

Before the Court are Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment [# 10], which seeks either a reversal of the Commissioner's decision or a remand to the Social Security Administration for further hearing, and Defendant's Motion to Affirm [# 12]. For the reasons set forth herein, Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment is DENIED and Defendant's Motion to Affirm is GRANTED.
