Petitioner, Allen Magid (Allen), has filed a petition for writ of certiorari alleging that a trial court order granting the respondents' motion to compel violates his privilege against self-incrimination. Because we find that the order in question departs from the essential requirements of law thus causing Allen material injury without an effective remedy on appeal, we grant the petition for writ of certiorari and quash the trial court order compelling...
