MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SHADUR, Senior District Judge.

Eddie Fryer ("Fryer") is a multiple bank robber who is serving a 262-month term in the Bureau of Prisons, following a jury conviction on five counts that respectively charged Fryer with three such robberies and with the use of firearms in carrying out two of them. This Court has just received the latest of Fryer's efforts to overturn his conviction and sentence1
