This criminal case is before the court on defendant's motions 1) to vacate his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 and 2) for resentencing pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). I conclude that defendant has failed to show that his sentence was imposed in violation of the Constitution or any statute but that he has shown that he qualifies for resentencing in light...
