The defendant, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, appeals from the judgment entered in favor of the plaintiff, Frederick Pentzien, which reformed the contract of insurance between the parties. The trial court found that Liberty Mutual failed to offer uninsured motorist coverage to the plaintiff in a commercially reasonable manner and failed to intelligibly advise the plaintiff of the nature of this option.
