("AST & T") move for summary judgment on each count of plaintiff's complaint, with respect to their affirmative defense, and with respect to their counterclaim for interpleader. Defendant Neil E. Rogen moves for summary judgment on plaintiff's cause of action alleging that Rogen blocked the transfer of stock to plaintiff.
