The gravamen of plaintiff's complaint concerns the investment of pension plan funds in the stock of plaintiff's employer. Succinctly stated, upon plaintiff's departure from employment, he has discovered that his pension plan investment failed to grow, and he claims that defendants are liable for the resulting loss.
