HULL, District Judge.
This voting rights action is before the Court on remand from the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals for specific findings of fact and conclusions of law. Plaintiffs brought this action alleging violations of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1973 and the fifteenth amendment of the United States Constitution.
