Appellant Dennis Lee Caldwell was convicted of first degree murder, attempted rape, and burglary. He was sentenced to prison terms of life, thirty years, and twenty years, respectively. On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred (1) in failing to quash the jury venire; (2) in permitting the State to make a rebuttal argument during the sentencing phase; and (3) in refusing to give his proffered instruction...
