Defendants CBS, Inc. ("CBS"), Ed Bradley ("Bradley"), Andy Rooney ("Rooney"), and Mike Wallace ("Wallace") (collectively the "Defendants"), have moved pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) to dismiss the complaint of Plaintiff Tony Anyanwu ("Anyanwu") for failure to state a claim as a matter of law.
