This matter is before the Court on the following motions: (1) defendants Indiana Housing Finance Authority ("IHFA" or "the Authority") and John Stock's motion to dismiss; (2) plaintiffs DeHarder Investment Corp. ("DeHarder"), Locust Hill, L.P. ("Locust Hill") and Hickory Ridge, L.P.'s ("Hickory Ridge") motion for preliminary injunction.
