Plaintiff, Coastal Aviation Incorporated ("Coastal"), brings this action against Defendant, Commander Aircraft Company ("Commander"), seeking $5,319,424 damages arising out of an alleged breach of a contract for Coastal's exclusive dealership rights to sell airplanes.
