SUMMERS, Judge.

The appellant, Willie D. Locust, appeals the judgment of the Dyer County Circuit Court approving a jury verdict of guilty of one count of aggravated sexual battery and one count of aggravated burglary. The Honorable Joe G. Riley, Jr., sentenced appellant to an effective ten years in the Department of Correction. This sentence runs consecutively to a prior twenty-year sentence for aggravated rape and another assault conviction. The...
