Before the Court is the motion of Defendant Terry Lynn Nichols for an order releasing him upon a number of specified conditions pursuant to the Bail Reform Act, 18 U.S.C. § 3142 et seq. and the Fifth and Eighth Amendments to the United States Constitution. The motion was filed following Defendant's request, at his preliminary hearing on May 18, 1995, for an opportunity to brief the detention issue....
