Plaintiff Mary C. Kluksdahl ("Kluksdahl"), a former Muro Pharmaceutical ("Muro") employee, brought this action against Muro alleging wrongful discharge. She complains that her discharge was in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and in violation of the public policy of Virginia.
