This matter is before the Court on defendant Neufeld's motion to dismiss the indictment. Since the filing of this motion the government filed an "Amended Superseding Indictment" and a "Second Superseding Indictment." Defendant Jon Mickle has not filed a motion to dismiss the indictment.
