This action involves a petition to stay an arbitration brought pursuant to a collective bargaining agreement. On September 13, 1995, this Court denied petitioner's motion to remand to the state court after determining that jurisdiction was proper under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 185 ("LMRA").
