In December of 1986, appellant Gregory Allen Rodgers pled guilty to five counts of burglary and ten counts of theft of property. He was placed on probation for a period of five years subject to certain conditions. In February of 1989, a petition to revoke appellant's probation was filed which alleged that the appellant failed to report to his probation officer, had fled the State without permission, failed to pay restitution and failed to pay his probation...
