MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This habeas corpus petition filed by Horacio Arraz Saenz (Saenz) in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2254 challenges his convictions for murder and conspiracy. For the reasons discussed, the petition is denied.
