This court granted Hitachi Chemical Electro-Products, Inc.'s (Hitachi) interlocutory appeals in the above cases, based upon the trial court's denial of Hitachi's motions to dismiss plaintiffs' complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted.
