PEAY, Judge.

The defendants were charged in the indictments with rape by force or coercion. At trial, a jury found them both guilty of assault. The trial judge sentenced defendant Buckmeir to eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days in the county jail. He was also ordered to pay a fine of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2500) and directed to serve seventy-five percent...
