This is an insurance coverage dispute involving three fires that destroyed "organic fuel", primarily straw, during the construction of a California power production facility in the summer of 1990. Plaintiffs filed this action on March 5, 1992 in the Supreme Court for Onondaga County and the out-of-state defendant removed it to this court on May 19, 1992...
