In this summary judgment case, appellant appeals from a trial court order denying her motion for summary judgment.2 Initially appellant filed in this court her original brief on February 7, 1994, presenting but one point of error (vis)., "The trial court erred in not granting her motion for summary judgment by denying her affirmative defense of [official] Qualified Immunity....
