ORDER
KENDALL, District Judge.
On this date came on to be considered the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge filed on August 25, 1995, and Jesse Nelson, Jr.'s objections thereto filed on September 7, 1995.
For the reasons stated in the magistrate judge's recommendation, I am of the opinion that a "mailbox rule" should not apply to the filing of an action by a confined person and accordingly the findings...
