BRYNER, Chief Judge.

David L. Cornwall entered a plea of no contest to one count of sexual abuse of a minor in the second degree, in violation of AS 11.41.436(a)(3). The offense is a class B felony. AS 11.41.436(b). At the original sentencing hearing, Superior Court Judge Jay Hodges initially sentenced Cornwall to a term of six years with four years suspended.
